What we collect

When you call us or fill in a form on this website, we collect the information you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, the cemetery and plot involved, and the details of the memorial you are enquiring about. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. We use call tracking on the phone number shown on this site, which records the calling number, the time and the duration of the call, and may record the call itself for quality and training purposes.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce a design proof, obtain a cemetery permit on your behalf, fabricate and set your memorial, and to keep your design on file so a future inscription can be matched to the original. We keep memorial design files indefinitely, because families come back decades later and that record is the reason the added lettering matches.

Who we share it with

We share only what a job requires: your cemetery, when we apply for a permit or coordinate a foundation; our granite suppliers, when a stone is ordered to your specification; and our installation crew. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. Order records, design proofs and artwork files are kept indefinitely, for the reason given above. Call recordings are kept for twelve months.

How we protect it

Electronic records are held on password-protected systems with access limited to staff who need it. Paper records are kept at our premises at 10749 - 181 Street, Edmonton. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights under Alberta law

Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a correction, and to withdraw consent for its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days.
