Why this page exists

Families arranging a memorial are often referred between funeral homes, cemeteries and monument companies, and money frequently changes hands in the background. You have a right to know whether that is happening here. It is not.

We pay no referral fees

Headstones Edmonton does not pay commissions, finder's fees or any other consideration to funeral homes, cemeteries, celebrants, clergy or hospices in exchange for recommending us. If a funeral director sent you here, they were not paid for it.

We accept no referral fees

We accept no commission from any cemetery, funeral home, crematorium, florist or insurance provider for directing work to them. When we suggest you speak to a particular cemetery or funeral home, it is because we think they are the right people for your situation.

Our independence from funeral homes and cemeteries

No funeral home, cemetery or crematorium has a financial stake in what we recommend, and none pays us or is paid by us for sending work either way. That is the reason we can tell you when a cemetery's own memorial programme is cheaper than ours, and we do say so when it is.

Suppliers

We buy granite from Canadian and overseas quarries and bronze from North American foundries. We receive standard trade pricing. We hold no exclusive arrangement that requires us to steer you to a particular stone, and no supplier pays us to recommend their product.

This website

This site carries no advertising, no sponsored content and no affiliate links. Where we link to a cemetery or a government page, we earn nothing from it.
